How do I pay?
Reserve here first, then visit Plutone Mall, Rourkela to pay and collect your pass. Show your reservation ID at the counter. Online payment is coming soon.
How do I get my pass?
Collect it in person at Plutone Mall once you pay — just bring your reservation ID. Show the pass at the entry desk on the night.
Is it safe for families?
Yes. Security and volunteers are on the floor all evening, with a separate family seating area.
Can I cancel?
Passes are non-refundable once paid, but you can transfer yours to a friend — just call us before the event.
